A signature dinner, the macaroni cheese contains Gruyere and Fontina cheeses, truffles, panko crumbs and scallions and has received the title of "Best Mac and Cheese" in Westchester County from "Westchester Magazine." As its name suggests, barbecued entrees are the specialty at Memphis Mae's, such as the Memphis-style ribs served with dry-rubbed seasonings or in barbecue sauce. The readers of "Westchester Magazine" have previously voted the restaurant "Best Barbecue." The bar serves five draft and 12 bottled hand-crafted, microbrew beers. Wine is also featured.
