Situated in Pinellas County, St. Petersburg, Florida, is around 25 miles west of Tampa. With 244 miles of shoreline, the city is known for its beaches, such as Ft.     • Established in January 1925, Marchand's Bar and Grill is St. Petersburg's Renaissance Vinoy Resort. The restaurant held "Zagat" dining guide ratings of "extraordinary to perfection" for its service and "very good to excellent" for its food and decor. The signature breakfast dish is the Vinoy, two eggs prepared to order with breakfast potatoes, a choice of meat, toast, juice and a hot beverage. Another featured dish is the Cuban Eggs Benedict, toasted Cuban bread topped with pork belly, poached eggs and a sour-orange Hollandaise. Marchand's Bar and Grill serves breakfast daily and lunch and dinner during the evenings. Reservations are accepted. Business casual attire is recommended. A children's menu is available.

    Cafe 100

    • Cafe 100 is located in the Northern Trust Bank Building in the downtown area of St. Petersburg. The breakfast menu features four specials, including the breakfast wrap, a tortilla filled with bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes and a blend of melted cheeses. Another featured breakfast is the grits plus, which features layers of cheese and eggs. Also served are omelets, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and pastries like bagels, Cuban rolls, coffee cake and biscuits. Cafe 100 serves breakfast, lunch and dinner Mondays through Fridays. The restaurant features counter service with a large dining room for guests to sit down and enjoy their meals. Casual attire is acceptable.

    Skyway Jack's

    • Skyway Jack's has served the city of St. Petersburg since 1976 and is located south of downtown St. Petersburg. The restaurant is a local favorite and a common spot for tourists, preparing 1,300 eggs, 60 pounds of sausage and 45 pounds of bacon on a busy day, according to the St. Petersburg Times. Among the items featured on the menu are eggs Florentine, stuffed french toast and omelets. The restaurant also serves scrapple, a dish made from ground pork trimming and cornmeal formed into a loaf, sliced and fried. Skyway Jack's serves breakfast daily as well as lunch. Reservations are not taken. Casual attire is the norm when dining at the restaurant. Credit cards are not accepted; the restaurant is cash-only. An ATM is on the premises.
