A Tampa tradition, Alessi’s Bakery has been in operation since 1912. They serve a large selection of breads and pastries, most with a Latin influence. The banana bread is a favorite of the locals, and the Cuban bread, which is great toasted and buttered for breakfast, is considered by most to be the best in Tampa. Parking at Alessi can be difficult, particularly during lunchtime.
