    • The Waterfront Seafood Grill is located on Pier 70 with its glass-walled dining room overlooking Elliott Bay. In 2007, the restaurant won the "Best Restaurant of the Year" award from the Washington Wine Commission. The restaurant held "Zagat" dining guide ratings of "very good to excellent" for its food, decor and service as of August 2010. To begin the meal, the restaurant features a raw bar that serves dishes like oysters on the half-shell and crab and prawn cocktail. A signature entree is the seafood bacchanalia, a dinner for two that consists of wild king salmon, steamed lobster tails, diver sea scallops, grilled wild prawns and red king crab leg. The wine list features more than 100 selections from around the world. The Waterfront Seafood Grill serves dinner nightly. Reservations are highly recommended and accepted online and over the phone. Business casual attire is suggested. Outdoor seating is available on the restaurant's patio, weather permitting, and provides views of the Bay as well.     • Established in January 2001, Six Seven is located in the Edgewater Hotel and overlooks Elliott Bay. As of August 2010, the restaurant had "Zagat" ratings of "extraordinary to perfection" for its decor and "very good to excellent" for its food and service. A featured entree is the orange-scented lamb loin sous vide, accompanied by peas, carrots and goat-cheese fondue flavored with vanilla and chilies. Seafood lovers may opt for the prosciutto-wrapped king salmon, served alongside fava bean risotto, mustard greens, poached eggs, olives and black truffles. More than 100 selections by the bottle are included on the wine menu. Six Seven is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Reservations are highly recommended and arrangeable online or over the phone. Business casual attire is the norm when dining at the restaurant. Outdoor, waterfront dining on the restaurant's terrace is available weather permitting. A children's menu is available.

    Cactus

    • Cactus is a southwestern cafe with three restaurants in the Seattle area, including a waterfront location in the Alki Beach section of Seattle. The location opened in August 2006, and the dining room and outdoor patio provide views of the Puget Sound. The restaurant held "Zagat" ratings of "very good to excellent" for its food and decor and "good to very good" for its service as of August 2010. One dozen appetizers lead the menu, such as the blue-corn calamari, Navajo fry bread with amber-honey dipping sauce and Pacific red snapper ceviche. A favorite dish are the fajitas, which come in a choice of portobello-vegetable, chicken breast, skirt steak or prawns. For dessert, try the house-made chocolate lava cake, topped with a chipotle sauce and vanilla bean ice cream. Cactus serves lunch and dinner daily. Reservations are only accepted for large groups. Casual attire is appropriate. The restaurant has a children's menu.
