Cabins and chalets are available for rent by the night, week or month, with rates, as of August 2010, starting at $150 per night for a two bedroom cabin sleeping six. The largest riverfront cabin offered is a four bedroom that sleeps eight people and rents for $175 per night in the off season. Cabin amenities include fireplaces, hot tubs, parking spaces, washer and dryer, swimming pool access and towels and linens for guest use.

Fireside Chalet & Cabin Rentals offers 15 cabins that are all on the riverfront with the mountains as a backdrop. The Little Pigeon River runs through Pigeon Forge, which lies on the outskirts of the Smokey Mountains. All cabins have both central air conditioning and heat. Other amenities included with cabin rentals include parking spaces for guests, microwaves, refrigerators, private bathrooms, grills and outdoor furniture. Some cabins are equipped with fireplaces and hot tubs, and each cabin is individually designed and decorated, with no two cabins exactly the same.

Little River Log Cabins are located in Townsend, Tennessee, and lie on the northern edge of the Smokey Mountains. Cabins all have views of the mountains and are also placed along Little River, which runs throughout the cabin property complex. Cabins are constructed of logs, and rustic furniture and decor are present in all units. Amenities included with a cabin rental include full kitchens, heating and air conditioning, porches, televisions and towels and linens for guest use. One- or two-bedroom cabins are available, and as of August 2010, pricing was only available by individual request.
