They also offer homemade soft drinks and smoothies. Vegetarian menu items include bagels and lox, grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich, organic oatmeal, rice porridge, hummus and stir-fry vegetables. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast and lunch, and reservations are recommended but not required.

    Wazuzu

    • The Wazuzu is an Asian restaurant, located at the Encore Resort, that features Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant features a casino with a large crystal dragon that hangs above the main dining area. The colors of the restaurant are in bright reds and gold, which is traditional of Asian restaurants. The Wazuzu has an extensive vegetarian menu that includes rice pilaf, sweet and sour noodles, mixed vegetables, fresh vegetable rolls and salads. The restaurant also allows you to custom order how spicy you want your food on a scale of one to five, with five being the spiciest. They are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.

    Mikos Izakaya Sushi & Tapanese

    • The Mikos restaurant is located just off of the main strip in Las Vegas. They offer a wide variety of vegetarian foods and will allow you to special order a plate cooked the way you like it. Menu items include cucumber rolls, norimaki, garden vegetable salad rolls, tempura rolls and seaweed rolls. They also offer fresh soups and salads. The restaurant is open seven days a week for dinner only. Reservations are not required but are recommended to avoid a long wait.
