Log cabins are a popular lodging option for vacationing in the Wisconsin Dells. Ranging from small sleeping cabins for only a few guests to rustic cabins that accommodate up to 10 people, visitors will likely find something that suits their needs. Many cabins feature bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms.
Baraboo Hills Campground features cabin rentals and is located between Devils Lake and Wisconsin Dells, just north of Baraboo. Baraboo Hills features three types of cabin rentals: the basic cabin, deluxe cabin and the bunk house. The basic cabin features a double bed and a bunk bed with amenities, like refrigerator, toaster and television, are are located close to bathroom and shower facilities, The deluxe cabin has two double beds with bunks over them, ideally for two adults and four children or three adults and two children. In addition to a full kitchen, the deluxe cabin also has a bathroom with a shower. Finally, the bunk house has two bunk beds and two single beds, which will accommodate 2 adults and 4 children. Like the basic cabin, the bunk house does not include a bathroom or shower, and it also lacks a television. Smoking and pets are not allowed in any cabin rentals at Baraboo Hills Campground.

Located two miles west of the Wisconsin Dells, Edge ‘O Dells is Wisconsin’s only 21-and-older resort. In addition to campsites, a bar and grill, and a convenience store, Edge ‘O Dells features cabin rentals. There are four brand new rustic cabins that boast two bedrooms with queen beds, a loft with a queen bed, kitchenette, living room and screened-in front porch. The rustic cabins sleep up to 10 people and are located 50 yards from a bathroom facility. Edge ‘O Dells also features another type of cabin for rental with one bedroom, full bathroom, living room and kitchenette with a larger refrigerator than the rustic cabins. Both types of rental units are non-smoking and require a minimum of a two-night stay.

Located just outside of the Wisconsin Dells in Wonewoc, Chapparal Campground and Resort features a pool, store, restaurant and lounge, and rentable cabins. Chapparal offers three types of cabins for rent: one room sleeping cabins, two room cabins and large two bedroom cabins. The one room cabins include 1 full size bed and two bunk beds, and electricity and water are available just outside the cabins. The two room cabins feature two beds and a futon in a separate bedroom, with a microwave, air conditioning, flush toilet and running water inside. Finally, the large two bedroom cabins include one queen bed in one bedroom and two bunk beds in the other. Amenities featured in the two bedroom cabins but not in the smaller rentals include a full bathroom with shower, sink, stove, dishes, silverware and deck.

Fox Hill RV Park and Campground offers cabin rentals that sleep up to six people, and feature a small kitchen, bathroom and air conditioning. The deluxe cabins include two bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds. The bathroom includes a shower and the kitchen features a sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs. The basic sleeping cabin features one room with a double bed and bunk bed. There is a table and mini-refrigerator, but no kitchenette or bathroom. The campground itself includes a swimming pool, hiking trails and free WI-FI Internet access.
