In the United States, bath houses are not the tradition as they are in some parts of the world, such as Japan, Turkey and Russia. However, for those that love the hot steam, public setting and relaxation of a bath house, these facilities can be found dotting the country, including New Jersey. A variety of bath houses, each with its own, unique offerings, including specialty saunas and massage therapy, can be found in New Jersey.
Not far from New York City, BRC Sauna and Spa is a Russian bath house with a central pool and a series of secluded steam rooms.
