Vermont is home to more than two dozen ski and snowboarding areas. Many mountains have affiliated hotels located on the grounds of their ski areas, while several hotels and motels are situated in close distance to smaller skiing facilities. Rooms include working fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, cable television, DVD players and laundry facilities. The resorts Spring House fitness center is home to an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna which guests can also visit. Packages also include ski shop discounts, savings at area restaurants and discounts on ski and snowboard lessons.

Smugglers Notch "Club Smugglers' Advantage" ski and stay packages were designed in partnership with families who have been visiting the resort for decades, meaning every exciting aspect of both the mountain and facility is included. Packages include access to the "FunZone" Family Entertainment center, two on-site teen activity centers, guided walking tours, and their indoor heated pool. In addition to all-access lift tickets, several off-slope activities are also included including outdoor ice skating, tubing and live entertainment discounts.
