Beaumont is not just a sleepy little Texas town. Located close to Houston, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Louisiana border it offers a mix of Texas hospitality with a twist of Cajun charm. If you are in Beaumont looking for a night of boot-scootin', booty shaking and singles mingling, you are in luck. There are a number of dance clubs in the area and, with Lamar University in town, plenty of people ready to fill them up at night.
Alibi's boasts a DJ that spins a great mix of music from country hits to dance songs, with a few oldies but goodies thrown in. An establishment quick to celebrate, the club does something special for holidays such as Halloween, Mardi Gras and St. Patrick's day. It also entices groups to come in with special celebrations, such as anniversaries or divorce parties, with a reserved table and complimentary champagne for their party. Open seven days a week, they cater to the 25 and older crowd, and never have a cover charge.
