Dixie Quicks features southern cooking with a dash of Cajun and Tex-Mex influence. The Sunday brunch menu features a wide variety of options, including eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy and oatmeal and ice cream. Another specialty is the dixie scramble, which is a toasted English muffin, with grilled tomato, bacon, ham or sausage, egg and tomato butter on top. If you want something larger, entrees such as pan-fried catfish and chicken-fried steak are also offered. Reservations are required and accepted only by the hostess over the phone. Do no leave a reservation on the answering machine, as it will not be honored.

The French Cafe has received the Best of Omaha award several times from \"Omaha Magazine.\" Their fancy Sunday brunch offers several courses. Appetizers include escargot, pommes frites and crab cakes. Entrees include Denver omelettes, steak and eggs, salmon hollandaise and Belgian waffles. Mimosas and Bloody Marys are available to help complement the meal. Reservations are highly recommended and are accepted either over the phone or via the restaurant's website.

The Market Basket is a combination restaurant, bakery, deli and gourmet market that that has served the people of Omaha since 1986. An extensive brunch menu is offered every Sunday. Items include the farmer's favorite (two eggs, sausage, bacon or ham and potatoes), wilted spinach and feta cheese omelette, huevos rancheros, casserole of the day and smoked turkey sandwiches. Live jazz music accompanies the meal. Reservations are not required.
