As of September 2010, the restaurant held Zagat ratings of "very good to excellent." The restaurant features its prix fixe menu every Sunday, which changes every 12 weeks (or fifth of the year) and incorporates primarily local ingredients. Past dishes include grilled sweetwater prawns with goat cheese and sherry vinaigrette, roasted tomato ravioli and bacon-wrapped kobe meatloaf. The wine and beer list includes a variety of selections produced on Long Island. The restaurant also allows guests to bring their own wine or beer to enjoy with their meals, and does not charge a corking fee for beverages produced on Long Island.
