Ellicottville, New York Restaurants Serving King Crab

Ellicottville, New York, is a popular destination for tourists who ski in the winter and explore nature trails and lakes in the summer. During the fall, photographers come from all over the world to take photos of the changing colors of nature. The city is the home of a historic shopping district and the Seneca Allegany Casino. The building is rustic and appears to be an old barn. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in dark woods and each table is covered in crisp linens and fine dinnerware. The menu features Alaskan king crab legs among other seafood items, a long list of steaks, and soup and salad choices.

    • Ponderosa Steakhouse, located 17 miles from Ellicottville, is a family-style restaurant that offers several different types of meals. In addition to steak, the restaurant serves seafood dishes and features shrimp and Alaskan king crab legs during special seafood nights. An all-you-can-eat soup, salad and dessert buffet is available, as well as a children's menu. Private parties can be accommodated at the restaurant.

The building that houses the restaurant is a massive space that can accommodate everyone from couples to large parties celebrating special events. The menu at the Birdwalk is diverse and features seafood including Alaskan king crab, Cajun meals, Mediterranean-inspired dishes and some popular Italian choices such as stromboli. The vibe of the space is busy and fun with occasional live music. A full bar serves cocktails and specialty beers and ales.
