Very highly regarded, Masa is one of the most expensive restaurants in the world. The $400 omakase menu at Masa consists of exotic, seasonal delicacies such as truffles, Kobe beef, and Japanese fish. The a-la-carte offerings at Bar Masa are less expensive. Bar Masa is more casual and does not require reservations. Décor at Masa is kept simple to focus attention on the flavors and freshness of the food.
