The Brookside Inn has been owned and operated by the Morgatto family since 1954, and Gary Morgatto is the current owner and chef. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and a brunch buffet. It has an open kitchen, views of the runway and its own wood-fired pizza oven. 121 prides itself on using only the freshest ingredients.
