Waterfront Restaurants in DC

Washington D.C. is a waterfront city, located on the banks of the Potomac River. Though most people think of D.C. as the capital of the United States and as a center of politics and power, the city features many cultural attractions, such as the Shakespeare Theater Company, the Lincoln Theater, the Washington National Opera and the National Symphony Orchestra. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is located in D.C. and overlooks the Potomac. Many area restaurants are also located on the waterfront, both at Georgetown Harbor or the Southwest Waterfront area.
