Looking onto the Genessee, this downtown restaurant serves Italian fare. Exposed brick and large-picture windows with water views give the dining room an elegant feel. The name means bread and wine in Italian and the restaurant serves plenty of these plus lots of traditional pasta dishes. Other dishes include a rack of lamb marinated in olive oil and rosemary, served with rosemary white wine sauce or veal with scallops, shrimp and tomatoes in a sherry marinara sauce. There is also an extensive wine list.
