Located just north of Ft. Lauderdale along Florida's Gold Coast area, the city of Pompano Beach is home to over 100,000 permanent residents, swelling to around 150,000 during peak season. This waterfront restaurant in the Lighthouse Cover Resort is Italian-inspired, offering both traditional Italian and seafood/steak dishes with open views of the ocean. At lunchtime, the restaurant serves more casual fare such as pizzas, subs, burgers and salads, while evening dining is more upscale. Of particular note is Christine's "sunset menu," which offers a choice of over a dozen entrees with soup and salad for $11.95 each between 4 and 6 p.m. Lunch is generally under $10 a plate and dinner entrees range from $15 to $28 per plate as of October 2010. Christine's is open for lunch and dinner every day, and offers live entertainment every evening except Mondays.

This restaurant is located in the Ocean Point Resort along the beach, and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, live music and a beach-side tiki bar. Besides typical breakfast items, the restaurant offers burgers, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, and its specialty steaks and seafood. Most breakfast and lunch items are under $10; dinner ranges from a $10 burger to $40 for a steak and lobster combination as of October 2010. Guests can dine in the main dining area, on the patio or even at the tiki hut. This restaurant is open for three meals a day, seven days a week.

Located along the Intracoastal Waterway in Pompano Beach, this upscale seafood restaurant is privately owned and operated by Joe and Erica Cascio. Specialty steak, seafood and pasta dishes are served to guests enjoying outdoor dining along the waterfront, along with an extensive wine list and elegant desserts. Fresh seafood is purchased personally by the chef from local fisherman. As of October 2010, entrees range generally between $16 and $30 a portion. Joe's Riverside Grille is open seven nights a week for dinner only.
