Mystic Lake takes its name from the man-made lake on the Shakopee-Mdewakanton Indian Reservation, which is situated within the towns of Prior Lake and Shakopee, Minnesota--not far from the Twin Cities. The Mystic Lake Casino contains a 600-room hotel, casino, convention center and RV park. Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the premises. You will, however, find plenty of quality restaurants, both at the casino and in the surrounding area.
The Buffet at Mystic Lake Casino features cuisines from around the world, including several dozen entrees and multiple side dishes. The menu revolves daily, offering an extensive array of Asian, European and American specialties. On the weekends, it offers brunch in the late morning and early afternoon; during the rest of the week, it's lunch and dinner only.
