This is probably your best bet and the fastest way for you to achieve your mission. Most companies have a website that allows you to enter the information for your flight right on the site. In some cases, you will get results of what flights are available, in other cases, an agent may call you to complete the booking. Be sure to have your date of travel, length of stay and the location from where the trip will originate.
Explain to the booking agent how many people will be in your party, or if you are the only person travelling. Specify the destination point of your travel. Make sure you ask the agent if there are any special requirements you will need for travel. Question the agent for all the expenses you may be liable for, things such as pilots, fuel, insurance, etc. When you charter an international flight, tell the agent how large of an aircraft you may need. This will help determine the costs you will incur. Make your request for any catering or amenities you may want for the trip. Let the agency know if you have any special requests or meal requirements or if you have health issues.
Complete the transaction by providing your payment information to the agency. They will then process the order for you. You will be advised of all of the expenses for the flight, including ramp expenses, fuel, passenger services as well as standard operational permits. Once your order is processed, you will be given a reservation confirmation form and a receipt.
