Cancel your booking on Qantas' website. Click on "Book" and then "Manage Your Booking" under that. Enter your booking reference number and your last name, then click "Go." Click the "Cancel" button located under your itinerary and tick the box to confirm you'd like to cancel your flight. If your fare class is eligible for a refund, you will be given the opportunity to choose between a cash or credit refund and a travel voucher. Otherwise, you will receive an e-voucher automatically.
Call Qantas directly to cancel your booking. Within Australia, dial 13 13 13. From the United States, dial 1-800-227-4500. For a complete list of Qantas' worldwide contact numbers, click "Help" and "Contact Us." Have your confirmation number on hand, as well as personal information such as name, address and phone number.
Contact the agent who booked your travel if you did not book directly through Qantas. As of October 2010, Qantas can only cancel travel you booked through its website or internal ticket agents.
