Priceline is an online travel broker that helps you purchase different travel accommodations, ranging from hotels to plane tickets, and even cruises. However, if something occurs that changes your plans, you may be forced to cancel your reservation. As long as you didn't book the ticket in conjunction with the "Name Your Own Price" program, it is possible to cancel the reservation, but you may be charged a fee to do so.
Contact the customer service hotline for Priceline at 1-800-774-2354.
Make your way through the automated answering service until you are connected with a live customer service representative.
Give your name and your itinerary number (listed in the confirmation email sent by Priceline after you booked your reservation).
Request to cancel the reservation you made. The representative will now check the airline policy on canceled flights.
The cancellation fee for the reservation will be determined by the representative. This varies depending on the airline, how far in advance the cancellation is made, and your destination city. The rest of the money from the reservation (minus the cancellation fee) is refunded to your credit card.
