Hotel reservations selected from one of Priceline's published price options may be canceled as determined by the policy presented at purchase. Review the hotel cancellation policy for your deal by checking your request online. Access the "Check Your Request" page from the upper right-hand corner of Priceline's home page. To view your policy, enter your Priceline Hotel Request Number and your email address. Priceline cannot cancel hotel reservations that have already been confirmed.
Buy traveler's insurance if you use Priceline's "Name your Own Price" service for hotel reservations. Traveler's insurance reimburses hotel reservations canceled due to an emergency covered under the plan. Covered events include natural disasters, sickness, injury or death of business partner or immediate family member. A physician's note may be required to receive reimbursement.
Cancel your hotel reservations made from a published price (not "Name Your Own Price") by calling your hotel to see if they are still open for business. If your hotel is closed because of bad weather or a natural disaster, your payment may be reimbursed. Priceline considers the location and severity of the weather when determining whether to grant the cancellation refund.
Call Priceline's customer service at 877-850-9658 to complete your cancellation. A customer service representative will help you through the cancellation process based on rules and regulations of your policy. Cancellation fees of $150 or more may apply. You cannot cancel Priceline hotel reservations online.
