Access Priceline's "Check Your Request" online tool at Priceline.com. You will need to provide your email address and request number. The request number can be found in the confirmation email you received for your order.
Click "Ticket Changes and Cancellations" and review the cancellation rules for your ticket. If your fare allows you to cancel or change your reservation, it will be listed.
Contact Priceline at 800-774-2354 and press "1" when prompted by the automated system.
Enter your request number and press "1" to confirm your entry. Press "0" to speak with a customer service representative.
Inform the representative that you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. You will need to verify your request number, email address and billing information with the representative.
