How to Cancel Delta SkyMiles

Delta runs its frequent flyer mileage program under the name SkyMiles. This club lets you accrue mileage from flights taken, hotel stay, car rentals, premiums or via the Delta SkyMiles credit card. If you have a reason to cancel your membership, Delta makes it possible via the online SkyMiles website. Have your PIN and account number ready when logging on.

     Direct an Internet browser to the Delta SkyMiles website. Locate and click the Profile link.

     Enter your SkyMiles club name, PIN and account number. Click Submit.

     Select Manage Profile and click. Choose to cancel or to alter the emails received or any other opt-out options of your choice.

     Click the link verifying you wish to opt-out or cancel the service.
