How to Recover My Delta SkyMiles Account

If you're a recent inductee to Delta's Skymiles program after its absorption of Northwest's WorldPerks program, or if you have forgotten the nine to12 digit Skymiles number assigned to you, Delta can remind you of the number easily. As the number is absolutely necessary for accessing frequent flyer benefits, you must have the number on hand when booking, what makes its retrieval or recovery a high priority.

     Visit the Delta Skymiles reminder page on the Delta website, under the "Manage My Account" link on the drop-down menu on the Skymiles tab.

     Enter the email address you associated with your Skymiles account.

     Enter your first and last name in the relevant fields on the website.

     Click "Submit" on the reminder website.

   • 5

     Check your email for a reminder of your Skymiles number.
