Gather your customer information. If you knowingly signed up for this service, then you should have this information close at hand and can proceed to Step 2. If you did not sign up for this service and noticed the charges on your credit card, then you can call their customer service division at 800-732-7031. You will need to inquire about your customer information. Chances are the representative you speak to will not be able to cancel your membership because that option is usually automated, but you can try while you are on the phone.
Cancel your Reservation Rewards over the Internet. Go to the Terms of Service web page (see the Resources section). At this page you will click on the link to the 24 hour cancellation center that can only be accessed by those who are logged in. Follow the quick instructions at that site and your membership will be canceled. Remember to write down any confirmation or cancellation number you are given, in the event of any future charges.
If you would rather cancel your Reservation Rewards by phone, call 800-732-7031 and follow the prompt to cancel your membership. Follow the easy instructions and your membership will be canceled. You will automatically lose any benefits or discounts that you had gained with the membership. Once again remember to write down any cancellation or confirmation number you may be given.
