Click on the "Airlines" tab to see the list of available airlines, if not already selected.
Click on the logo of the airline to which you want to transfer points.
Read all of the information on the airline's points transfer page before proceeding.
Follow the instructions and create an account in the airline's rewards program if you don't already have one.
Click on the "Link your <<name of airline>> account" link in order to link the two programs and facilitate the points transfer. You will need your membership numbers and credit card number for this step. You may also need to make telephone calls, if required. Follow the instructions on the page to ensure you properly link the accounts.
Call the airline, if necessary, to check seat availability.
Enter the number of points you wish to transfer.
Accept the terms and conditions.
Confirm the transfer.
Call the hotel and find out if points are accepted for a booking.
Get a confirmation number for the room.
Go to the Hotels Transfer Points page:

Click on the "Hotels" tab, if not already selected.
Click on the logo for your hotel program to take you to the transfer screen.
Follow the link to create a guest points account on the hotel's program, if necessary.
Follow the link to link your Membership Rewards account to your guest points account, if not already linked.
Enter the number of points you wish to transfer to the guest program.
Accept the terms and conditions.
Confirm the transfer.
