      Call the California DMV to schedule a test. You can reach them at 1-800-777-0133 and after being routed to your local DMV, you can schedule a driving test.

      Go to your local DMV. This may require waiting in line for those taking tests or other driving related filings, but you can talk to a clerk at your local DMV and schedule a test. They will then provide you with paperwork that shows when your driving test will be.
