Call the US Airways Dividend Miles service center. It is closed on Sunday and is open from 7 a.m. till midnight EST on weekdays and 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. EST on Saturdays.
Give the representative your US Airways Dividend Miles account number. If you don't know your account number, you can give your name and address instead.
Request to transfer your miles to Holiday Inn Priority Club Rewards points. You must have your Priority Club Rewards account number. As of December 2010, 1,000 US Airways Dividend Miles can be converted to 5,000 Priority Club Rewards points. You must transfer in increments of 1,000 air miles.
