Provide your Priority Club Rewards membership number and your Air Miles account number. Let the representative know which hotel brand you wish to redeem for, as well as which destination and the number of nights you intend on staying. Priority Club points can be redeemed at Holiday Inn, Candlewood Suites, Staybridge Suites, Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Hotel Indigo and Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts.
Your points should be converted within 24 hours. You can then reserve your hotel with your Priority Club Points by either telephoning 888-211-9874 or visiting the Priority Club Website at ichotelsgroup.com. The website also lets you know the precise exchange rate of Air Miles to Priority Club points for each hotel, as they vary from property to property.
