Click on "Itineraries and Check-in" on the left-hand column of the page.
Enter in your first name, last name and confirmation number to be taken to your reservation.
From your reservation screen, you have the option to cancel your tickets.
Using your phone, dial 1-800-241-4141.
Answer "yes" or "no" to the automated prompt asking whether or not you're a Sky Miles member.
Say "Customer Service" to speak to a representative.
Tell the representative who answers your call that you wish to cancel your reservation.
At the airport, locate Delta's ticket counter.
Enter the "Full Service" waiting line.
Tell the Customer Service agent that you wish to cancel your reservation.
