How to Retrieve Reservations

Many travelers opt to make hotel, flight and restaurant reservations online. When you make a reservation online you are provided with a confirmation email that details your reservation and provides a confirmation number for you to use in case there is an issue with your reservation. When you want to check-in or just confirm the details of your reservation you can do so by viewing the confirmation email sent to you by the company you made reservations with or you can retrieve your reservations in other ways.

      Go to the website where you made your reservations. Most websites provide a link on the homepage that allows you to view your existing reservations; locate and click on this link.

      Enter the required information. Depending on the company and website where you made your reservations you will be asked to provide certain information that allows the site to pull up your personal information. This information might include your name, the confirmation number of your reservation, the date of your reservation or the credit card number you used to book your reservation.

      Submit your information and view the results that appear on the following page. If you have problems locating your reservation you can call customer service to attempt to retrieve your reservation. Customer service phone numbers are typically located on the "Contact Us" page of company websites.
