TAM Airlines has 11 different versions of its website, depending on the country in which you are based. Users can choose to view each website in their preferred language--English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian and German.
On the home page of each website is a ticket reservation system. Enter the details of your trip--such as dates, destinations and class of seat--and the system will display a range of ticket prices leading to a five-step purchasing process.
Passengers who arrive at an airport without a ticket can also buy seats directly from TAM ticket offices in the airports where the company operates.
Travelers can purchase tickets by phoning one of TAM Airlines' international call centers. The network covers Argentina, Brazil, Chile, France, Italy, Germany, Paraguay, Peru, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Passengers can also buy tickets for TAM Airlines from third party organizations such as online travel companies or travel agencies located near where they live or work.
