Royal Swazi National Airways is the state airline of Swaziland, a monarchy. It's based at the Matsapha Airport near the city of Manzini and flies from there to destinations around Africa including Entebbe, Uganda, Nairobi, Kenya, and Capetown, South Africa. If you want to center your journey in Swaziland (and there is every reason to do so, with its mountains comparable to the Alps, wild animal and bird sanctuaries and its Royal Swazi Sun resort, featuring casinos and a world-class golf course), Royal Swazi National Airways provides a way to expand your travels for a reasonable price. Follow these steps to start planning your trip.
Visit the Royal Swazi National Airways Web site (see Resources below) to see which flights fit your overall itinerary. To create an itinerary, refer to travel sites about Swaziland and other countries you may want to visit. Consider your time limitations, as well.
Book your flight through a travel agent or by calling the Royal Swazi National Airways office in Johannesburg at 011 (+268) 616 7323 or 011 (+268) 616 7326. You can also book through one of the 10 or so other African regional offices. Their numbers are listed at the bottom of the "Timetables" page on the Royal Swazi National Airways Web site (see Resources below).
Ask a travel agent or airline representative about your trip by calling 011 (+268) 86155 to advise you on cheaper or more convenient flight times and make suggestions for unusual sights or places you may have overlooked. Tell the person in advance your budget range so that he or she can select tickets accordingly.
Provide the travel agent or representative with your credit card information to complete booking.
