Nearby you will find the new parking garage, which charges $2 for each 30-minute use, with a daily maximum of $15. The economy lot, located immediately south of these two parking areas, charges the same rates as the garage, but with a $10 maximum daily charge. Free wheelchair-accessible shuttle service to the front of the terminals is also provided from the surface lots.
The Orlando Sanford Airport opens, at its discretion, an overflow lot, a value lot and holiday parking areas. To determine if these extra facilities are open, it is best to phone ahead before arriving at the airport during busy times.
Paying for parking can be done at the Pay Station when exiting the terminals, which accepts cash or credit cards, or when exiting the actual lots (credit cards only).
Though parking directly at Orlando Sanford International is recommended, an Internet search will help travelers locate a few off-site parking facilities located some distance from the airport, which may cost less.
