Log onto your email account and look for messages from your online travel broker (e.g., Travelocity, Expedia or Priceline). If you booked your flight through one of these providers, you will receive an email with an updated itinerary every time something occurs to your fight, even if the time change is just by five minutes.
Log onto your online broker account if you cannot find any emails from the company. Here you can see all the information regarding your flight(s) and if anything has changed.
Call the airline itself. The airline you are flying through is going to have the most up-to-date information available. The company website has their specific customer service telephone number listed and you may even be able to check in on your flight through the website itself (depending on the airline you are flying with). Make sure to have your flight number on hand when searching for your flight.
Visit a local travel agency. Travel agencies have direct contacts with the airline companies and are capable of telling you if the flight has been changed, delayed or canceled.
