Consider the New York Airport Service Express Bus. It runs every 20-30 minutes. It’s about a forty-minute ride with several stops in Manhattan, including Grand Central, the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and Penn Station.
Ride the Express Shuttle USA which will take you to locations in Manhattan from 23rd to 96th Street.
