Choose the date and time you are planning to travel. Shuttles may be booked the same day as travel depending on availability. Decide in advance when you will be taking the shuttle from Flagstaff to ensure you will reach Phoenix at the desired time.

Click "Book It" under the heading Flagstaff Shuttle Service to make a reservation. Select the appropriate date and time, and fill out the necessary personal information to confirm the reservation. Print a copy of the reservation confirmation e-mail for your records.
Arrive at the Flagstaff Amtrak station at 1 E. Route 66 on the day of your scheduled shuttle. Be at the station fifteen minutes early to ensure you make the shuttle, as it will leave at the scheduled time even if you have not arrived. If you are late your seat will be given to a stand-by passenger.
