The cruise, which in 2010 is from December 27 through January 3, takes singles to many destinations. The first on the list is Belize. Full of palm trees and exotic animals, Belize offers many attractions. Singles can mountain bike through the rain forest, visit coral gardens or even go snorkeling in the ocean with sharks.
Isla Roatan, Honduras, maintains a temperature of close to 80 degrees Fahrenheit during winter months that normally bring a chill to most of the Northern Hemisphere. Singles can mingle on the white, sandy beaches or in the water. Snorkeling is one of the popular activities at Isla Roatan. For the 2010 cruise, the Isla Roatan stopover is on December 31 and will be the location of the New Year's Eve celebration.
Few places can be more fun to celebrate the New Year than a popular tourist destination. Carnival Cruise Lines takes singles to Cozumel, Mexico, for a New Year's celebration on the beach. Singles who want to dive can see the Palancar Reef, which has thousands of species of colored fish. Other singles can visit the local town's marketplaces, diners and cafes. Many seaside activities will also be available. Like all the other locations, Cozumel has world-class beaches where singles can hang out and mingle.
There are more three days out of the seven-day cruise that are completely at sea. During these days, Carnival sets up many singles activities, allowing travelers a chance to get to know one another. The first two days with the cruise line, as well as the last day, are at sea.
