The Triumph leaves New Orleans with three planned stops during its seven-day journey. The first is Key West, Florida; then Freeport, Bahamas; and finally Nassau, Bahamas, before returning to New Orleans.
The Triumph claims to have the largest entertainment viewing screen ever. It also has a nine-hole mini-golf course. Nightly entertainment is provided in a full-sized auditorium known as the Rome Lounge, and the Monaco Casino provides gambling to the adventurous.
For younger cruises, Carnival provides "Camp Carnival" during the day for ages 2 to 11. Crafts, music, games- -- all supervised by trained staff -- allow parents to enjoy the adult shipboard activities. Circle C, for ages 12-14, provides dance parties, karaoke, video games and late-night movies. And for older teens from 15-17, Club 02 promises to provide food, social interaction, music and video games.
