When was Binh Bridge created?

Binh Bridge is located in the southern coast of Vietnam, spanning across the Dong Nai River. It was constructed in 1899 by the French colonial government as part of a railway line connecting Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City) to Bien Hoa.
