The 1988 Vacationeer Camper measures 8 feet long with a dry weight of 1,275 lbs. The camper provides room for four people to sleep. Its frame is made completely from aluminum. The design of the camper boasts a one-level living space that is the back part of the camper. There is a bed in an upper compartment on a different level at the front of the camper. On the outside of the camper there is a ladder beside the door that provides access to the roof.
One side of the living space includes a double sink with a refrigerator and stove with burners. On the other side is the table and seating for meals and other activities.
For the year 1988, in addition to the Vacationeer Camper, Shelton Industries manufactured a Vacationeer Fifth Wheel. This unit represents a larger version of the camper. It is air conditioned, sleeps four and comes equipped with a full kitchen including microwave, refrigerator and stove with burners. Once parked, the awning can be utilized. For seating comfort, there is a swivel chair with table. Like the camper, this Vacationeer requires towing.
