Turn off all water to the RV and check that the RV's internal water tanks are switched to prevent flow into the shower plumbing.
Remove the shower's metal attachment bracket, the circular disc surrounding the shower hose at the wall. Pry off the bracket with a screwdriver and scrape off the old caulking. Drill out holes for the dual shower-head attachment. Align the mounting bracket to the holes and screw into position. Make sure the hose extends out from the center of the attachment prior to screwing into position.
Mount the second shower head onto the hose. Use the dual shower-head t-piece, a "T" shaped hose attachment that splits the water flow into two separate flows.
Apply waterproof caulking to prevent drips or water-leaks around the mounting pieces that have been attached and screwed to the wall.
Apply waterproof caulking into the holes on the shower wand to prevent flow from some holes, and increase flow in others. Use this to modify the wand to the flow you desire.
Remove the old wand by unscrewing the existing hose clamp at the wand's base and pulling the hose off from the wand.
Unscrew the old wand shower head and screw on a new wand shower head piece.
Slide the hose clamp over the hose and push the wand back onto the hose. Slide the hose clamp back to the base of the wand and tighten into position.
