Go to the AviStar website and find the "Check For Parking" box. This is found on left-hand side of the site. Choose from the available airports and input your estimated check-in and checkout time.
Click on the "Check Availability And Rates" button. You will be directed to the next screen. On this screen, you will find the current rates, the location of the parking lot, lot information and more.
Print any discount coupons or special reservations.
Arrive at the lot and go to the check-in office, you will be met by a AviStar parking lot representative.
Sign in at the office and collect your claim ticket. If you did not choose the valet option or if it was not available at the location you chose, drive your car to your parking spot. If you have chosen valet parking, hand the representative your keys and collect your valet ticket.
Wait for the next shuttle to the airport. You will be given an estimated time for the shuttle's arrival.
Call the number on the back of the claim ticket and give them your claim number. The representative will give you an estimated arrival time for the next shuttle.
Wait to board the next shuttle, you will be driven to the front office.
Go to the check-in office and hand the cashier all of your information. You will need your claim number, coupons and identification.
Pay the cashier for all services, including any car wash or detail services you may have requested.
