Call Amtrak at 1-800-USA-RAIL or visit Amtrak's web site in the "Resources" section below. On the web site, you can book your train reservations via Amtrak's Fare Finder. You can also navigate the site if you have a PDA, Blackberry or other handheld device.
Expect to pay about $25 to $30 for travel between Oklahoma City and Fort Worth. Internet specials may save you money on a round-trip purchase or when traveling in a group.
If you ordered your tickets online or by phone, pick them up at a ticket agent or at one of the Quik-Trak kiosks that can be found at many Amtrak locations (you'll need to enter your reservation number). If you've booked your trip far in advance, you can also request that your tickets be mailed to you.
Stick close to the station if you are making a connection. If all trains are running on time, the Heartland Flyer will arrive less than two hours before the Texas Eagle towards Chicago.
Take a moment to explore the depot. The station, completed in 2002, offers displays featuring local artists and history.
Find your way easily to the convention center, the airport and all points between. The Fort Worth station is on the green line of the Trinity Railway Express DART.
