How to visit Yangmingshan National Park in Taiwan

Yangmingshan National Park is one of the most famous tourist spots in Taipei. The area is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Taipei City, and boasts sweeping mountain views, hot springs and forests. There are also resorts and lodging facilities available so visitors can choose to spend the night. Yangmingshan National Park is right outside of Taipei, so it is easy to get to if visitors want to spend the day outside of the city.

     At the bus terminal of Taipei Main Station in Taipei City, take the Jinshan-bound Royal Bus, the Red-5 public bus, or the No.26 public bus. The Royal Bus will take you directly to Yangmingshan National Park Administration.

     If you board the Red-5 or No.26 public bus, ride it to the Yangmingshan stop and get off.

     Wait for a No.108 public bus at the Yangmingshan stop and get on.

     Take the No.108 public bus to the Tourist Center stop, which is in Yangmingshan National Park.
