The newly constructed Blue Iris is a small bed and breakfast in Cutchogue. The accommodation houses three individually decorated guestrooms, each with a fireplace. A home-cooked breakfast is prepared daily using eggs from the Blue Iris' own flock of mixed-breed chickens and in-season herbs from the garden.
