The Wine and Dine offers a five-hour wine tour on Keuka Lake with complimentary wine tasting during the week. A full dinner with salads, entrees, dessert, coffee and wine also is served. For patrons who wish to remain on the grounds, the Dine Inn package is available, which offers the same menu as the Wine package plus an appetizer at the hotel's Casual Grill room.

Located near the Watkins Glen State Park, Echoes of the Glen offers a gourmet breakfast in its 1920 English Tudor-style building. Breakfast starts with fruit, juice, homemade muffins and pastries.
