This bed and breakfast is a new addition to East Quogue and is across from the Pine Neck Nature Conservancy on the Shinnecock Bay. It is small, with just four guest rooms, but has deluxe amenities. Each room has private bath facilities including a whirlpool tub. Fresh linens, cable TV, central air-conditioning and wireless Internet are also available. There is a common room for guests known as the Great Room, which is where the breakfast buffet is served, as well as afternoon tea and wine selections from local vineyards. Coffee, tea, cold drinks and cakes are available at any time. The inn can be reserved for groups or families.

If you're going to be taking the Hampton jitney out to Long Island, Carole's is a particularly convenient place to stay as it is only two blocks away from the jitney stop. The house is a restored Victorian with a wraparound porch and the grounds are beautifully manicured. There is a swimming pool where guests can also eat breakfast, as well as a parlor fireplace for cooler weather. Afternoon tea is served. You can walk to gorgeous bay views or take provided transportation to nearby beaches.

This is not a well-advertised spot but it is a great find. Grace House Bed and Breakfast is an Old Victorian house with five quaint rooms, all with private baths. Grace House is conveniently located near the Village of East Quogue and offers a swimming pool as well as clay tennis courts. There is no smoking permitted at the facility. Bay and ocean beaches are easily accessible.
